Horrible complaint resolution

I requested among Mamabargains "randomness" containers for my child. These are said to be worth $80.00 retail. I received a orange cap and cloth diaper. Obviously not worth $80.00 I approached the organization and informed them the problem. They made me deliver a contact also it was quickly responded and that I was informed more products could be delivered in my experience to create up for that deficiency, plus they were. I acquired a set of orange sneakers to get a small child. After I named them to see them of the issue, I had been informed these were sorry plus they hung-up on me and terminated my bill.
