Horrible complaint resolution - customer service and product selection

I ordered one of Mamabargains "randomness" boxes for my daughter. These are supposed to be worth $80.00 retail. I recieved a yellow hat and cloth diaper. Clearly not worth $80.00 I contacted the company and told them the situation. They made me send an email and it was promptly answered and I was told more items would be shipped to me to make up for the shortfall, and they were. I got a pair of blue shoes for a little boy. When I called them to inform them of the problem, I was told they were sorry and they hung up on me and cancelled my account.
