Worst Flower Company

I requested some some balloons to become sent to my spouse on 3/17. I put the purchase on 3/15 and remaining specific directions for that balloons to access his work by 1pm. Well it had been 2pm and that I still didn't get verification of the delivery-so I named FTD and talked to some customer support repetition where she explained "to not fear". Ok ma'am I said. He leaves at 3pm and so I am not likely to be spending money on something that's not complying towards the purchase as required. Long story short... Shipping was at 3:34pm. The balloons within the weekend defaulted and also the shock was destroyed. I'll NEVER purchase flowers/balloons out of this organization again. I'd A25 gift-card and believed... I would like to provide them with a attempt, perhaps they're great. TERRIBLE Organization... I'm simply staying with Proflowers, must have never cheated in it...
