I bought a house in November and require a Franke soap dispenser for my home. Trying to find it on line, I came across it marketed at National Residence Plus, and requested it, investing in it by check. After I named to confirm they'd obtained the check and were running my purchase and was informed the merchandise was no more available. No problem, simply return my income. I had been informed becasue I settled by check they'd need to return by check. I've talked to 5 various people on variuos events from Jan til today but still haven't gotten my reimbursement. Everytme I call, Rob who's the individual that functions the discounts, it never at work. I was informed they do not focus on Fridays, I when I contact throughout the day Iam advised he operates at night, when I call-in the evening Iam advised he is not there and works throughout the day. I named nowadays (03/23) and was informed he'd maintain work after 5pm eastern time. I named and again and was informed he was not there. I confronted to get hold of the attorney-general and was informed to put on and Rob might get the telephone. They held me about the phone till they shut their workplace and nobody actually acquired the telephone. I called back on another point along side my mobile phone along with a guy responded rapidly and have me to hold before I really could say anythin, he'd set my on-hold. I'm so upset. If that chekc isn't in my own mail-box today, I'll be contact the Ny Attorney-General, the Greater Business Institution and other people that'll hear.
