Do Not Purchase from American Home Plus

I purchased a home in November and need a Franke soap dispenser for my kitchen. Searching for it on-line, I found it advertised at American Home Plus, and ordered it, paying for it by check. When I called to verify they had received the check and were processing my order and was told the product was no longer available. Not a problem, just refund my money. I was told becasue I paid by check they would have to refund by check. I have spoken to 5 different people on variuos occasions from January til now and still have not received my refund. Everytme I call, Jeff who is the person that processes the refunds, it never in the office. I was told they don't work on Fridays, I when I call during the day I'm told he works in the evening, when I call in the evening I'm told he's not there and works during the day. I called today (03/23) and was told he'd be in the office after 5pm eastern time. I called and again and was told he wasn't there. I threatened to contact the attorney general and was told to hold and Jeff would pick up the phone. They kept me on the phone until they closed their office and nobody ever picked up the phone. I called back on another line along with my cell phone and a man answered quickly and ask me to hold before I could say anythin, he had put my on hold. I am so angry. If that chekc is not in my mail box this evening, I will be contact the New York Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that will listen.
