Charged my bank account after I cancelled the service

I agreed to the terms of u talks promise and signed up for the service. I since lost my job and called and cancelled the service before I received anything from the company.
My bank account was charged 139.00 for their service. I called the company and got a cancellation # and requested my money back.
I have been calling them every week since and still no check. Today in the mail I received a form from them to request my money back. This has been going on for over a month. When I am done with this site I am contacting the Attorney General of my State, and I am contacting the BBB
