U-Talk Unlimited Well Net - American Values Committed fraud by running unauthorized checks through my account

The "Company" called my house and reached my husband. They promided $200 in gas vouchers which we have never received. They mailed the first mailing for "WellNet" and immediately charged our account $99.99 $3.98 for "shipping and handling".

We have in writing per the information that was sent to us that our account would not be charged until after the "7 day risk free trial period" but we did not get that time period. I couldn't even make it to the bank on the Monday morning of receiving the information because they had already ran the charges through. Called and cancelled what I thought was "well-net and "american values". Was told a form would be mailed in 10 - 14 business days to fill out and send in to request the refund. Have not received that form yet as of 14 days.
My account was charged again on 6/25/04 for $139.99 for "U-Talk Unlimited".

Called again and gave hell but was told the same thing, wait for the form. Went to the bank and completed a fraud affidavit and am currently waiting to see if my bank will return the money to my account (along with all of the overdraft and returned check fees these charges caused. Have to wait a week per the bank to know anything. Currently, U Talk unlimited owes me $362.84 in charges and fees.
