U-Talk unlimited rip-off! Took funds out of my account unauthorized

This is in regards to two unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account. One on 12/22/03 and one on 1/22/04 totaling $181.80. I did not know funds were taken out of my account until I checked my account on 1/22/04. I called U-Talk Unlimited on 1/22/04 when I first found out about these unauthorized withdraws from my account.

I talked to Andrew and I ask him why they withdrew money from my account unauthorized and that I told U - Talk Unlimited to cancel this order and not to take any money from my account back on 12/20/03 when I first spoke to U-Talk Unlimited when they called me. I was recorded saying this to U-Talk Unlimited. Andrew told me that their was a mistake and that a check will be processed and sent to me in the amount of $181.80 an that it will take 7 to 10 business days to receive the check.

I did contact the Provident Bank on 2/2/04 and told them what happen and they told me to wait to see if I get the check. I also called U - Talk Unlimited on 2/9/04 and talked to Lizzy and she told me that I should have had the check by now but I did not receive the check. She told me that she will contact their main office and find out what happen to the check and call me back, Never received a call back from anyone.

I called back to U-Talk Unlimited on 2/16/04 talked to Sue and she told me that the main office is looking into this problem and to give it a few more days. On 3/9/04 I went to the Provident Bank in Aspen Hill Md ant they gave me a Affidavit to fill out which I did at the bank and gave it to the bank teller. On 3/18/04 I received a letter from Provident bank and I called and spoke to Stephanie and she told me that they gave me the wrong form to fill out at the bank, I went to that Provident bank again at Aspen Hill Md location and filled out the right form on 3/24/04.

I called U-Talk Unlimited back on 3/22/04 and talked to Vorianca and she told me that the main office is still looking into this matter and to give it more time. They have been giving me the go around since the first time I called them in January 04, I have called U - Talk Unlimited from 3/22/04 through 3/25/04 once a day and they keep telling me to give it more time. Every time I called they told me that the conversation was being recorded. This is just a summery of what happen.

I called U-Talk Unlimited at least 15 times since 1/04 and still haven't recived a check and they keep telling me that the check is in process. If this isn't a ripoff I don't know what is. If I had a way to Las vagas I would go to their main office and I would bang some heads for what they did not only to me but to other people also. I am a hard working American like all hard working Americans we don't like to be riped off of our hard earned money. I am mad very mad.
