US maintenance Taking money from my check and non paying for services

My company The Ground Pro's, completed snow plowing for USM the Wal Mart team and Home Depot. There were 4 claims of slip and falls that were all denied to be paid or just dropped by the plaintiff. With out any fault proven that these slip and fall were due to our services USM deducted $2,4000.00 from our check. They reported one slip and fall 3 months after the date... My Insurance company refused to pay any of the claims, the reports did non have any evidence that it was my companies fault for the slips.

All this while waiting months to get paid for the services that were completed with out fault. Then they signed us up for land care for the Wal Mart stores. Where we have to get managers to sign and store stamp that we did the work, then call in all work orders to and IVR system. The contract was for the season now it was terminated after a Wal Mart left USM. Yet they told us we are still responsible for the contract as it stood until may 30. Yet the prices stayed the same.

Now they are trying not to pay for Spring clean up that were started on March 21 then put on hold until April 25.. Saying they can not pay 2 invoices for the same month... Are hopes would be to get a class action suit going against these guys. We are based ust and hour away from them and its easy for us to go to court in there state. I have contacted an attorney already and if my funds are not satisfied by June 6 we will be pressing forward.
