Ronald V. Thomas, T Geiger lied and stole money from a bankrupt client

I met with Timothy Gieger at the Thomas Law office in Phoenix. I recieved a contact for Legal services that stated my bankrupcy would cost $ 1490.00. I gave him $ 500.00. After 90 days I recieved a my first call from his office. I was told that I needed to pay the balance in 5 Days. When I ask what the balance was they did not know, They put me on hold and then came back and said the balance was $ 2300.00.

When I went to the office the next day they said that they would give me a discount. I did not want to work with them because I felt that they had misreprsented the fees in the first place, Plus they called and demanded payment and had not even figured out how much they wanted. Needless to say they would not return any of the $500.00 that I paid them.

I feel that I have been Ripped off for $ 500.00 when I am already to broke to file!!!
