This Dental office is a bunch of thieves

This dental office stated tht I had cavities, so I thought I was going to pay four hundred dollars for my dental work. When I got there they said I needed two crowns. They proceeded with the work without informing of the charges and then stated that I needed to pay 2012.00. They then proceeded to say that I can be placed on a pymt plan. I waited there was no contact so finally I initiated the contact and payed the first 400.00 of the balance. I then contracted to pay the rest in increments. One of the payments I deferred twice because of bank and work issues. At that point she stated that she would transfer my balance to collections if I deferred pymt again. Keep in mind that that at this point I have two holes in my mouth and am on a liquid diet because I can't chew. I have paid 1287.00 toward this balance and still I had two holes in my mouth. I went to the office to discuss this with her and we went over the balance and the charges. I requested for for my funds to be returned because I I did not wish to do business with this office anymore and I still needed to get my teeth fixed. She first stated that the reason that my teeth had holes wa because i hadn't paid the final balance of 825.40 and that was for my crowns. I asked her what the total price that they had paid for the crowns she could not or would not tell me. She stated that the cost of the actual crown was tied up in the cost of the services. She then stated that in this situation the normal procedure is for the patient to pay half up front then the work would be performed, and I could pay it out later. I brought to her notice that I have paid 2/3 of the balance I should have at least one crown. She rebutted that it doesn't work that way. When I brought to her attention that the cost for one of the crowns including service was 734.00 and that I have paid that twice already so they should perform some of the work, she responded that I do not understand anything. I am now in a protracted disputed over services with this office. My claim is tahat if I still have holes in my teeth and I am supposed to have crowns then the work has not been performed. I still want my money back so that I can go to another dentist to complete what this office failed to do. The conversations that I had was with the office manager, but I fully believe that the dentist is in agreement with her. I don't want services there because I believe that out of spite the dentist will mees my teeth up.
