Affordable Office Equipment
Thomas M. Farrell Con Artist and Rip Off Internet

Electronics and household app.

On February 14, we contacted Thomas M. Farrell at to move our Xerox copier from one location in our office to another and also to set-up and maintenance the copier, including networking it with our computers so it would be fully functioning for us to use. After coming out and looking at the machine, he assured us that he would be able to move it and set it up to work properly.

For the next several months, we paid Thomas to come out and replace parts on the copier, each time he assured us it would be the last part to be replaced so the copier would work perfect and be like new and each time convincing us to pay him another sum of money.

After each time he would come out, a few days later the copier would be unusable and our business would be put on hold until we could get the copier up and running again. After several phone calls and every excuse in existence, Thomas would come out and assure us if we bought one more part, the machine would run great. He even convinced us to buy a maintenance agreement so we would not have to keep paying for individual parts and labor.

After the purchase of the "maintenance agreement", getting a response from Thomas was even more difficult than before. After days of being without a copier, he would come back out again and ask for more money even though our agreement stated everything except paper would be covered. We kept giving him money because we were desperate to have a working copier and we had already sunk so much money into it at this point.

After repeated efforts to get a response from Thomas and several thousand dollars and no functioning copier machine, we filed a small claims case in Orange County Superior Court and we were awarded a judgment. We are continuing through the court to try to get our money back for the useless services we were provided.

We have searched the numerous listings on the internet and made several phone calls to find Thomas M. Farrell or Affordable Office Equipment. We have found multiple phone numbers all leading to dead ends. We are desperate to find information on him. We found a Independent Copiers and have confirmed they are directly related to Affordable Office Equipment.

Thomas M. Farrell and his guys (brother (s) and/or family) at Affordable Office Equipment cannot be trusted. He will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money.
