Rent own company

We contracted with MR. Thomas in a rent2own option in Feb 07 giving MR. Thomas 1500.00 deposit. After several months Mr. Thomas lost his agent that was working with us. Mr. Thomas did not inform us of this the agent did this was on March 23rd. It took Mr Thomas several days to respond by email to this.

Then following up with several emails to Mr. Thomas over the next several weeks trying to get another agent from him only to have him tell me because of the area we are looking he has no agents and will contact us when he did. I emailed and phoned Mr Thomas over the next several weeks till finally I had enough and asked for my 1500.00 back for breach of contract from him. He agreed to this then stopped calling all together.

Mr. Thomas was paid in a cashiers check for his services which he did not fulfull. I finally had to move on as the house I was living in was foreclosed on and I had to move. Several times we went by Mr Thomas's office only to have him not in leaving messages with the receptionist who kept saying that he just rented space from them.

The last time was on July 6th when my husband went to the office to get the exact address for a possible lawsuit only to have Mr. Thomas call agreeing to refund the money owed. Then today Mr. Thomas finally returned my husbands phone call to say sue him we are s* out of luck and he does not care. (Less)
