Book sent before delivery cost was accessed

I bought a guide from an American organization named "The mcgraw hill Companies". On my order type it stated that delivery was free, on that foundation I bought the guide. I subsequently obtained an account out of this organization declaring they had debited my bill $47.05. The price of the guide was $19.99 and delivery was $27.06. When I delivered them a contact about that, it had been stated in my experience that there is a Disclaimer about the payment info site which the price wasn't yet decided. A check of my purchase uncovered that it had been still being prepared. While it was stated for them they responded saying they were sorry also it was a misunderstanding. No work was produced by them to pay me. Therefore look out for the corporation they're sharks. I've noticed nothing since from their website.
