Seeking Case Studies for Class

I bought the online version of your book for Financial Management class. The hard copy version comes with a supplement that includes case studies, which are a part of our homework. This feature is not on the Connect website, or at least, I am unable to find it. I inquired this matter and Yolande Williams answered me, "If you are registered to a Connect course, then the resources would be in the library under the student resources." First, this is not true. Second, this is the laziest answer I have ever heard. It would seem to me this is "answer #2" to inquiries about your product. I am so dissatisfied about the quality of answer, help and overall care that I will be writing letters to every executive that I can find (for a list, I will be using this: http://investor.
