Owner Marlaina Skowron, of Engagements LLC claims to provide unlimited phone calls and emails with her wedding package services. She does not follow through with what she claims to provide. Completely unreachable after trying to get in contact with her for over 2 weeks.

Waited for over 3 months to get contract, never received it - still waiting. Marlaina Skowron promised full refund - again, still waiting after a week for refund and again, unreachable.

Engagements LLC, as well as the owner, Marlaina Skowron have a clear pattern - making people wait. I terminated her services over 1 week ago, and I continue to wait for the refund that has yet to come.

I have had a very poor experience with this company. Luckily I do not have to deal with this company and it's owner Marlaina again, aside from trying to get back the refund that I was promised.
