Very unprofessional service with horible customer service

I had the unfortunate experience in dealing with Final Touch Entertainment for a wedding. Their DJ they sent to perform at this event was very inappropriate to the guests at the wedding, by either making inappropriate comments over the microphone or face to face. He drank throughout the night and even took it uoon himself to tell the bar to stay open an hour longer than scheduled, without approval from anyone in the wedding party, or associated with the wedding party.

After our disappointing experience with the services provide with this dj, contact was made with the owner of the company. Once my complaint was heard by the owner, he turned very defensive, even after he advised me that he had already received a complaint from a guest at the wedding. The owner further stated that he had already spoke to the dj, who admitted to his inapproriate behavior. The owner claimed he would "make things right", however, he continued to let the matter drag out. He later agreed to give me a $300.00 refund, however, he never made true to this. Attempts to resolve this matter withe the business were met with the owner yelling at us and blaming us for the bad service provided by Final Touch Entertainment.

It is very unfortunate we had to experience this with Final Touch Entertainment. I would caution any consumers who are considering their services and would seriously consider other alternatives. I am not trying to bad mouth this business, just trying to voice my experience with Final Touch Entertainment and caution anyone considering their services.
