VENDORS and Advertiser STAY AWAY FROM WEDDING SOURCE unfair business practices Las Vegas And Does Business Via The Internet

Wedding resource in my opinion is not a company one would want to do business with in any form.

The leads are not as promised and are outdated but mainly poor business ethics is the reason for the posting.

I tried to to cancel my account that was created on a FRIDAY and the following business day I sent an email for cancellation and requested a refund. They did not respond to the email, and then I followed up by a phone call the following day. Amy in accounting was not friendly and business like and it seemed that she did care about the situation at hand. She refused to provide company information and to speak to the owner/supervisor who she referred as to Adam.

I disputed the charge with my bank. The bank even spoke to Amy on the phone and she would not even refund the charge at the banks request. The bank is filing a claim against the Wedding Source and Creative Web Ventures.

I have been in the event business for over 15 years. I have never ran into a company that would treat their costumers lamely and provide such horrible services.

I would recommend everyone to stay away from the Wedding Source / Creative Web Ventures. They also do business as losangeles. 1weddingsource.
