Online fufillment is horrible

BN online satisfaction and customer support sections are horrible. I requested a product to some 35-story skyscraper in Ny, sent to confirm the bundle was coming and was informed their courier couldn't discover the building! Subsequently, once I established that I'd provided them the best tackle, BN customer care chose to inform me they had ended my purchase and that I might purchase another product easily desired to. After I named customer support I'd to attend FOR JUST ONE TIME to talk to somebody who needed to place me on-hold.

Last time I store at BN.com!
