Poor quality product, terrible customer service

This is actually the worst organization I Have ever handled. I invested over $1000 on an artificial tree. It had been really complex to setup, and that I named customer care three times within the span of hrs to try and ask them to help me. Just one portion of the lamps might illuminate, however they offered me obscure, universal solutions for example "examine the guide" and "search on our site for more descriptive directions". Do they believe I'd have named easily hadnot previously looked over the instructions? After many annoying hours I chose to return the tree. After it was encased up as well as in my storage, just subsequently did they choose they desired to spend some time troubleshooting with me before I really could return it. I told them-it was too late, I had been not losing anymore time looking to get this pine to function, and that I needed them to pay for the return shipment. I struggled together for months and got the work a round from everybody. Lastly I invest $450 to come back the pine! It was almost 50% of what I settled for this. I never experienced so scammed and guaranteed I'd inform everybody exactly what a horrible organization these were which nobody can buy their goods. I've never completed this before but I sensed I'd no choice after all of the lost money and period. They really had somebody contact me to inform me they mightnot return me for delivery, but when I actually desired to purchase anything from their website again they'd personally help me. As though I'd ACTUALLY purchase something from their store!!! Please don't purchase out of this organization, they're horrible and you'll have only stress and regret.
