Ripoff – Extra Charges

We were billed 4 occasions to move cash from our checking account into our checking account…without understanding. $12.50 every time, totaling $50 in 2 weeks. They informed us the brand new costs were shipped to us in a number of characters weeks before, but which was a lie. We never obtained just a single one. The client support lady in the bank really explained the characters were delivered back towards the lender! This confirms we never obtained them-and it had been a lender mistake. Obviously even though THEY screwed up. I was informed there is nothing they might do concerning the costs. Unreal. We're getting our cash using this lender at the conclusion of the week.
