Bestinsoles.com Worst company ever, Do not buy anything from their companies

I have ordered from two of Red Rock's websites, and both of them were a rip-off. I never received my products after paying for them, and their customer service would not help me. A girl by the name of Lisa was the worst, most disgusting, customer service rep I have EVER talked to. She insulted me, told me Red Rock does not give refunds, and would not offer me any tracking info for the items I ordered. I spent over $140 total with this company, and its been 5 months without receiving anything. I have called atleast 2-3 times a week, and I have emailed them atleast 2-3 times a week, and every time Lisa basically tells me to stop calling.

Do NOT order from this website, I did a quick search online and found out there are plenty of other people who have been ripped-off by this company. If you feel like donating your money to scumbags, then try buying something from them!
