Horrible service, dishonest company

I put an order online, 8 nights later named to confirm the purchase, was informed that it'd be another 3 months. I ended the purchase. 12 nights later they delivered the purchase anyway. I named to issue why the purchase was delivered, they stated that occasionally they do not have time for you to obtain the purchase terminated. 12 Times ought to be the full time to stop an order. These were really rude about the telephone. They charged me $9.33 to deliver the purchase plus they don't spend the delivery for me personally to deliver it back. They stated that they do not have any report of my termination despite the fact that I've the title of the individual that I talked to and also the day of my phone.
