Took unauthorized monies from my checking account

I signed up for a 2 year plan which was for 24.99 (for top 120) for 1 year and then 39.99 there after. 2 months later, price increased $5. I phoned and explained to them that I am on Social Security and cannot afford this increase at this time. I was told by some woman from the "Executive Offices" that Dishnetwork has the right to raise the prices at anytime. I told her that I can not afford to do business with people like Dishnetwork and that I would have to cancel the service due to their breach of contract. I was required to return (at my expense) the equipment and then on 5/3, my checking account was charged $367.50 which bounced my van payment check, which has caused overdraft charges from the bank, late fees from the company for the van, interest charges for the van, and possible repossesion. I have never had any overdraft charges on my checking account other than what has been caused by Dishnetwork. To date, this fiasco has cost me over $700 and I want to know how to go about getting it (and any future charges) back I have sent letters to the Attorney Generals for both my state and Colorado, both my state senators, all three state representatives, AARP, BBB for Colorado, my state, and in Washington D.C. As of yet, I have had no replies. If anyone knows of a lawfirm that would persue this case, please let me know.
