Staff poorly trained

I've been looking to get my child some contact from lenscrafters. We've been there many times. Their badly educated team provides visits without any physicians available. They never named to see us the connections were readily available for collection. Lastly they offered us the incorrect prescription. We requested to get a contact prescription they offered us the spectacles prescription so we'd have to return to that terrible position. They've poor perceptions with small respect for the money and time. When I have 2 insurances, I'd to demand they take a look at both insurances to obtain me the cheaper costs. This will be automated. I'll never visit Lenscrafters again.
