In May of I visited a Lenscrafters shop in NYC and was installed to get a set of gasoline-permeable contacts. The very first set match awfully—these were also little plus they shifted way too much about the attention. The "physician" on-duty stated changes could be created. Nearly three months later, I named concerning the contacts. The shop had no report of me whatsoever. The "physician" had dropped my graph and also the set of contacts I'd delivered. I'd to come back and become analyzed and installed once again. It's today Nov—eight weeks later—and we've been through five sets of contacts, and none healthy. The size is incorrect; the "physician" "forgets" and places the wrong foundation-bend prescription down; graphs wander off. I eventually quit and visited a genuine physician and got an ideal-installation set of contacts after one-visit. Don't spend your own time on contacts with this particular shop, that will be run just like a fast food procedure rather than medical institution. I approached Customer Affairs and had a lawyer contact Kansas headquarters to obtain a chargeback on my charge card of all of the costs. SUBSEQUENTLY I acquired excellent interest and customer support. Avoid no matter what.
