Ripoff Did not honor rebate

I also have experienced problems with Cricket Communications honoring my rebate. The rebate was for $100.00. I completed all necessary requirements in reference to the rebate. After several weeks of waiting, I contacted the company and was told that the rebate was being processed.

Several weeks later, a second contact was made and again, the rebate is being processed. On the third contact with the company, I was informed that the company never received my rebate information. At this point, the company was long overdue in paying out the rebate. I was asked if I kept copies of the initial information.

I did and was informed to resubmit the information, now, that this has taken place, again, the rollercoaster ride begins. And after a second submittal, the company is informing me that the information was never received.

Had the company not misdirected their honesty, I would had taken my business elsewhere. Where is the justice?
