Ripoff still no rebate after 65 days ripoff

On 11-22-02, I purchased a Nokia 8270 cricket phone for $163.86 cash, and also eligible to receive a $50 rebate check, if purchased between October 7th and November 24 . Also to receive this rebate, you have to be a active Cricket customer with your account in good standing.

On 1-28-03, I contacted Cricket, the female rep told me she did not have me in their system, to call back a week later. I called on this date 2-11-03, and the male rep told me that I was added to the system 2 weeks ago, that I would need to wait another 4-6 weeks for my rebate.

Then he had the nerve to ask me, "Why did you not contact us after you bought the phone", I replied, "Because according to the phone recording, you arent allowed to contact the rebate office until 65 days after the phone purchase. I told him I would be more than happy to fax him all my paperwork, he said, that would only prolong my rebate. I need my money!!!
