Cricket told me I would receive a $100 rebate on a phone and I never received it.internet Internet

I purchased a Kyocera Lingo phone the beginning of May and mailed in appropriate information needed to receive my rebate. After waiting several weeks and not receiving anything I called Cricket. They stated they did not receive anything on me and it doesn't even show that I purchased the phone. I have proof that I purchased the phone: the shipping box that it came in, the shipping package receipt, and an online receipt with confirmation that I purchased it. I did order a phone from Cricket on last year and received a $30 rebate, but I guess a $100 rebate was too much to give back because I never received it and as a faithful customer (paying my bill on time every month) I am furious with Cricket right now and especially after reading all the other complaints on this forum.
