Order never arrived, but I was billed

I purchased plants to be shipped from 1800flowers for that Sunday before Mom's Evening. They never came and that I never obtain any contact stating they'd not appear, regardless of the organization having all my contact info. They did cost my charge card. After I caught the client support consultant, she explained they didn't possess a merchant in Eau Claire Wisconsin so that they couldn't ACTUALLY match the purchase. She provided me 20% off my next purchase. Does she believe I'm that silly that I'd utilize them again? I required a reimbursement that required per week in the future. The corporation is certainly not genuine.
