I had to wait around all day for him to show up. Took a day out of work, around 4pm he calls and says he wont make it. We reschedule for following monday. He gave me a price which was pretty low for the amount of work, but not thinking, I accepted it. When he gave me the bill, it was almost 2K over the qouted price. I can see a hundred over, because things happen, but that much?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Included was a service call fee FOR THE DAY HE DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP! What a crook. Tried to intimidate my wife when i wasn't home. He's a big guy and there is no need to scream in the face of my 5'2' wife.
