After reviewing my finances, they preapproved me for a loan modification
Sanford Consulting had underwriters to look at my situation and said " NO PROBLEM"
Like a fool I sent in $1900.00 up front even after speaking with the owner of the company for his reassurance. Nver heard from them again.
It was then turned over to Mortgage Mitigators, who had just changed their name from something else because of business ethics.
T. Annis at Sanford Conculting and Scott Sanford took the money
A. Cappello with Mortgage Mitigators now sings me the song and dance and still to no avail 7 months later... They have finally just stopped calling all together. No emails. Calls etc... I want my money back!!!
