Tom Sanford, United Marketing, UMP mortgage guy lead supplier steals money

Tom Sanford of United Marketing is a thief. He stole $5000 from my company. He was playing the part of a middle man. We provided services to his client for marketing services. His client paid Mr Sanford $5000 and he was to pay us. He was paid and when we asked were our money was his reply was " I needed to use the money I got in a spot"

He said he would pay us in payments and he has failed to do that. He has said he sent checks, wire transfers which were all lies.

The next paragraph is a copy of the email he sent me 3 weeks ago.

"Here is what I can do for you on your invoice and lets see if this works at the end of the month I am expecting some money into the company that I will be able to send to you it wont be much but it is a start I am not trying to rob you of anything just trying to keep things afloat. I will be able to send out 1000. To you and by the 15th I should be able to send out another 1000 to you I know it is not the whole amount at once but at this stage it is what the company can handle let me know if that will work out for you

None of what he promised has happen and he refuses to return phone calls.

I would like for the California Mortgage License board to revoke his credentials and if the local police can file charges on him I will testify to his thief and lies.

No one should do business with this guy. He is a compulsive liar BEWARE OF HIM.
