Randy and Sue Herman make all kinds of promises not to rip you off like the the other owners at a company they lease thier trucks too in Ohio. Then the first thing is to not pay you for any dead head miles and not pay you on your first pay after waiting 3 weeks, plus it is short what they owe you.

Make you wait for 45 days to get your final pay, that they never paid any of it. It has been 70 days since I have worked for them. They owe me $2939.94 maybe more..

Do not give you ideamized list of thier deductions or reimbursements from what pay they do give you. Do not return your money that you use to run their truck, fuel, DEF, tolls, the money you give your co-driver so they don't go hungery.

Make verbal promises to pay you for dead head miles if you get them more then thier contract. They didn't pay very much to start with, then they rip u off for what you have earned.

Will not responed to any phone calls, texts or emails. I have spoke with several other ex-drivers for the Herdmans and they all say the same thing about them.
