Lease-less purchase program a fraud!

Celadon trucking of Indianapolis Indiana is a great company to work for if you are a company driver NOT A LEASE PURCHASE DRIVER!!!

I worked for Celadon for 5 1/2 years, 2.5 as a company driver, the rest under the LEASE-LESS PURCHASE PROGRAM. As a company driver it was the best company to work for, decent miles and the vacation package is unmatched anywhere. As a company driver i even got to represent Celadon in the IMTA truck rodeo in the excitement in this message ends here.
I decided to sign on in the Lease-less purchase program, for the first year it went great, everything went smooth, Celadon even helped me repair my used truck when it broke down, but in February with only 11 months left to pay on the truck Celadon's O/O payroll dept (Amy) called me and said "oops we messed up and did'nt make your truck paymentS to the bank, what are YOU going to do about it?" P.S. They were obligated to make the payments for the driver.

This "oops" cost me $5500.00 plus, they claimed no responsibility to it and i had to double up the payments to try to catch up. Then the worst thing happened, i broke down back to back, and was only given 500-1500 miles a week prior to this, with no money on hand i asked Celadon to help, they denied me any help BUT DID OFFER ME ANOTHER TRUCK FOR ANOTHER 3 YEAR LEASE!!!
The older broken truck would be sent back and the payments added to my new truck while the repo would still be on my record WHAT A DEAL!!!

Sounds like and yup it was a scam, come to find out quite a few other drivers lost thier trucks in a similar fashion, also celadons accounting service ATBS out of Colorado informed me that Celadon wanted to ditch the finance company that sold the trucks to the drivers and start thier own, had to liquidate thier ties to make this happen.

In closing ask lots of questions, and get IT ALL!!! In writing I lost mine, DONT LOSE YOURS!
