Zero Customer Service / Will not contact after intial sale

I ordered Gatorade over month ago, I received half of my order. The other half was said to be back ordered. I called to cancel and I was told it was shipped already. I waited another week and I called back again by this time I decided I would just keep the order.
When I called back they told me the phone number was for sales only and I mentioned it said it was for customer support as well and I was told that was incorrect. So I was told to email and someone would get back with me right away. I am still waiting for an email.

When I called back again the next day after I didn't get the email I was told they replied to my email and my order would be shipped 4/18. I wainted another week and had to go out of town and when I returned I still didn't have a delivery. I called back I was told a supervisor would get back with me. I emailed again and I still didn't get a reply. I warned that if I didn't get a reply it would taken as a sign that they are scammers.

I did check for any scam reports and I didn't see this site come up the first time. Be Ware (s) not buy Wares Direct
