I ordered 2 pairs of FX contact lenses from Vampfangs.com. My order came to around $90 including shipping and handling. I waited weeks and still hadn't received my order. I decided to contact the company through email. I was told that the order was processing and should arrive that week. A week went by, and still no order. I sent another email informing them that I was told I would receive my order that week. Again, I was told that I should receive my order in a day or two. Another week passed, and still nothing. I emailed them for a third time, this time upset, and told them that if I didn't either receive my order or my money back that I would be forced to contact a lawyer about the situation. I didn't expect them to write me back and tell me that they had put a freeze on my order and they would be contacting their lawyer as well because I had decided to make it a legal matter. I was also told that I would be prohibited from ever ordering from Vampfangs.com again.
Well. I decided that it would end up costing me more money for a lawyer, court, ect. Than what my order was originally. I decided to let it go. There was no way they were going to send my order or give me a refund.
