Never got my order right, terrible customer service

I gave this company 2 tries. The first time, I ordered several bottles of shampoo and conditioner. They filled the order incorrectly and had to do it again. I figured, these things happen. The second time I placed an order again of several bottles of the same. Half of the order arrived with a note that it had to be shipped in 2 boxes as the box wasn't big enough. I wondered why they didn't just get a bigger box, but ok. Ok, that is, until I never got the second box. For 2 months I emailed back and forth getting promises that it was being shipped the next week. It never came. I eventually asked for a refund for the second half of my order. I was told the issue would be resolved. And then I didn't hear anything else, even when I sent an email inquiring what was being done.

I will never order anything from this company again. Shop at your own risk.
