Requested Moms day plants to become shipped on Mothers Day 5/8. Settled a 9.99 shipping cost. Then 2 nights later received a brand new bill displaying the initial 9.99 delivery cost and one more 19.99 cost for guarenteed shipping on 5/8 along with a handling and treatment charge of 2.99. A 19.99 purchase would charge me 33.00 for shipping.
