Flowers were delivered without a requirement for signature. They were delivered on Valentine's Day to my 89 year old mother and left at front door. I had payed $12.99 to ensure delivery to a person not an address.in addition, they were delivered after 6PM.
How can flowers be left at front door when there was an additional charge for care of flowers during transit?
