Was placing an order for Mothers day. On Pro Flowers.com OF Which I had been a member for the last 5 yrs. But this year I noticed that I was been Double Charged for Shipping. So I called their Customer service line to find out Why... I was told that they are double Charging for shipping. Because its a Busy Season!

Yeah A Bush season... Also was been charged for a Vase delivery, item which comes in the same box. Not separate, plus there was also a charge of special handling. Guess the box has to be handled in a certain manner which causes the delivery person stress & strain which therefore they charge for that to.

YES THEY ARE A RIP OFF. And I bet lots of people don't pay attention to the itemized break down... LQQK over Your Bill people, You are been RIPPED OFF by PROFLOWERS
