I have never seen a management team work as horribly as the one in the South Portland, Maine one. I am a regular there, and every time I go in, I see conflict between managers, between associates and managers, and between customers and managers. It is beyond silly that they have "floor leaders" who cant give employees overrides or help them just for the simple fact that they are the floor leader. I had to return a camera, and the employee at customer service called for an override on their walkie... SIX Times. At one point, I saw two managers conversing and laughing - ignoring her calls for help. Then the floor leader (his name is Mike) refused to help because he was supposedly busy (he was the one standing and laughing with the other manager). Finally the supervisor, Nichole, came over and even ROLLED her eyes when the employee complained that we had been waiting for over TEN minutes for an override. She seemed sullen and like she didnt want to do her job. Very ineffective management team. Poor, poor job on Bart's behalf on picking out these people. Many, many people are unhappy with this group.
