This company has burned many people including employees. If your not in rehab you have no business dealing with any upper management with this company. Cigarette breaks by management are once an hour, but if a agent needs a break its every two hours. They rip off their clients by holding leads and renaming their employee who got the lead.By doing this it makes the client think that employee is still working there. Another way this company has ripped off their telemarketing clients is by saying agents are working more hours then they actually are. Agents have been fired just because the management thinks they could threaten them by telling the client. This is a really bad company to work for or do work with. Check the owners credibility as well as the floor leader who manages the agents. This is not a good group of "leaders" "managers": "owners". Good luck to anyone working there or doing business with them.
