If the management team actually worked - WORKED - and not just stood around, the company would be more profitable. Last month before closing time, two of the managers were racing around in the mall carts while customers were still in the store. I was nearly struck by one of them. Supposedly they were celebrating getting tons of customers to sign up for credit cards. That's all I hear when I'm in the store - and if one more employee comes up and asks me if I want a credit cart - I'm going to go insane! Please, give us a break. we dont want your credit card now that we know you are the next circuit city!!! This company has no tact or professionalism. The managers yell over their walkie talkies whenever someone is signing up for a card. Wow. Makes it obvious to all the customers that they are not big on customer service. Just Making money.
