My Aunts name is Deloris Burke. She visited the Fantastic Sams in Fayetteville on Hwy 74. This is in Georgia. A hairdresser named Tracey with a manager named Ashley turned her hair completely gold on top and black on the bottom. They pulled her hair through a cap which was pointless because it was completely gold on top. When asked about a refund she was refused. I called the salon and talked to Ashley about this. She said she would have the owner call me. This never happened. These people don't care that they messed up her hair just a few days before her son's wedding. She had to pay a lot of money to get it fixed. Still waiting on the call.
