Dino Direct Will Now Not Respond to Refund My Money After They Said They Would Issue Refund! Internet

Regarding Order Number JN51JQBK-DD:

I ordered two jackets from DinoDirect however I received two of the exact same jacket, which looked nothing like either of the jackets I ordered. I was able to get ahold of a customer service rep on the chat site who asked for pictures, I sent them and they replied back via email stating they were sorry for my inconvenience (which it was) and that they would allow me to ship the items back with a tracking number, at my own expense, to receive a full refund. I spent $50 USD to mail these jackets back and have the confirmation that they were delivered. After sending countless emails to DinoDirect (as there is no number you can call from the US) the only response I heard back was we will issue you a refund when the package actually arrives. I wrote back numerous times again stating that I had attached the tracking confirmation, which I was confused that they did not even take into account.
