Purchase a Jacket on September and never recived anything... Try contact them & there is no answer... internet

I purchase on 09/25 a jacket for $54.95 at this website... A month later try to make contact, by fax and e-mail, but they never answer, 2 months later i try again and nothing... They never bother so please help me to at least get my money back and to stop this company from riping off more people...
