Biggest rip off

I've been with increase mobile today for around 2 weeks and that I have experienced enough. Nearly every single-time I attempt to create a phone it claims, the amount or signal you've dialed is wrong. I get texts at4 am from individuals who really texted me earlier within the evening and occasionally I never obtain the communications individuals deliver, and individuals don't obtain the types I send them half the full time both. The client service is terrible. I'm about the $50 per month strategy so when I visited spend my statement they charged me $3 in fees and didnt tell me I had a need to spend an additional $3 so that they stated I just paid $47 towards my statement and switched my phone down. I named customer support and also the first a couple I couldnt actually comprehend plus they didnt understand what these were performing, I described the problem plus they nevertheless made me proceed and spend the darn $3. Then when I begin trying to explain to them about my texts also it not allowing me dial-out they simply blew me down and stated oh Im sorry Im unsure exactly what the cope with that's. Tomorrow I'm changing back again to my previous support. Please don't waste your time or money on boost mobile. I promise you'll regret it.
