Fraud allert. Fraud dept. Is joke

Greetings! I had someone open an account with verizon wireless with out my permission and i never new of this account until i tried to obtain a car loan. I tried to contact verizon wireless fraud dept several times but phone is either busy or they dont call you back. Im feed up with this. Im the victim here and are suffering because of it. I cant file a police report unless i get some type of document from verizon and they wont contact me. Finally i caled someone today and was transfered to account writeoffs (Terri id number

2410969) and when i advised her that i was going to record the call she stated im sorry sir i can not talk to you let me get your phone number and my supervisor will call you back within 30 minutes. Its been 2 1/2 hours still no one called and no one will answer the phone. What am i susposed to do. I have paper documination that it couldn't have been possibly been me.
