Yeah, that wasn't what I was looking for at all

I ordered 2 dozen long stemmed rainbow roses to be sent as a graduation gift. FedEx left them at the door, without knocking/ringing the doorbell (the recepient was home the entire time), there was only 1 dozen roses and the quality was horrific. They even forgot to send the personalized note that they charge extra for, so the recepient didn't even know who they were from. I spent nearly $100 on the entire order (with vase and a teddy bear) and based on the pictures I had the recepient take and send to me, they're worth about as much as the type you can buy at White Hen by the cash register. To avoid the embarassment, go with a private florist and plan to have them sent ahead of time. Complete disapointment.
